Past bookings that still have an unpaid balance. The booking day is a grace period; balances count as late from the day after, bucketed 1-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+ days. Cancelled and no-charge (comp) bookings are excluded.
π³ Sales by Payment Type
Sales broken down by tender β card, cash, check, gift card, bank transfer, etc. Each shows Net (income), Tips (pass-through to staff, not income), and Gross (net + tips β the amount card processing fees are charged on). Combines Square (through mid-2024) and Roller (mid-2024 on); the combined column applies a cutover so the migration overlap isn't double-counted.
π Day of Week Breakdown
What a typical Mondayβ¦Sunday looks like, for staffing. Roller bookings counted on their service/event date (so a future-dated booking counts on the day it's for). Shows average bookings, average & median revenue (median ignores one-off blowout days), and average guests. Defaults to the trailing 12 months.
ποΈ Upcoming Bookings by Weekday
What's already on the books for upcoming weekdays (tomorrow through the horizon), for forward staffing. Roller bookings grouped by service-date weekday, with the specific dates under each. Totals β not averages. Guests are approximate (Roller headcounts).

Cancelled bookings that still show an outstanding balance β not collectible A/R, but a useful outreach list of customers to reach back out to.
