Comprehensive business analytics and performance reports

πŸ“Š Sales Tax Report

View sales tax collected by time period with category breakdowns

🏷️ Unclassified / Uncategorized Items

List the exact items that fail tax-class classification β€” Square items with no category, Roller items with no mapping, categories missing from the tax-class table, and the Square order remainder. Use it to find what to add to the override / category mappings.

πŸ’° Discount & Fundraiser Report

Track discount usage, fundraiser payout totals, and discount code detail

Use Fundraiser Activity Only + a specific code/ID to treat that discount tag as fundraiser for payout checks.

πŸ“ˆ Business Trends Dashboard

View growth trends and key performance indicators

πŸ“… Year-Over-Year Monthly Comparison

Compare monthly revenue across years and see month-to-date performance vs previous years

πŸ” Same Week/Day Historical

Compare business performance on the same ISO week and weekday across years (e.g., Friday of week 11)

⭐ High-Value Customers

Everyone with $1,000+ lifetime spend or 6+ visits (including frequent Roller bookers) β€” booking recency, company grouping, inquiry history, and contact info

πŸ—“οΈ Fiscal-Week Performance

Arbitrary-start week (start date + length) for comparing holiday weekends year over year β€” Memorial Day, July 4, Veterans Day, etc.

Both are Phoenix-local; they match unless a late-night cutoff is configured.

πŸ“† Monthly Performance

Month-to-date or full month with per-day detail, optionally compared to the same month last year.

πŸ“Š Quarterly Performance (4-4-5)

4-4-5 fiscal quarters anchored to Jan 1, with the three sub-periods and same-quarter prior-year comparison.

πŸ’΅ Upcoming Bookings Value

Bookings that haven't happened yet: deposits collected so far and the balance still expected (typically due on the day of the event).

⏳ Accounts Receivable Aging

Past bookings that still have an unpaid balance. The booking day is a grace period; balances count as late from the day after, bucketed 1-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+ days. Cancelled and no-charge (comp) bookings are excluded.

πŸ’³ Sales by Payment Type

Sales broken down by tender β€” card, cash, check, gift card, bank transfer, etc. Each shows Net (income), Tips (pass-through to staff, not income), and Gross (net + tips β€” the amount card processing fees are charged on). Combines Square (through mid-2024) and Roller (mid-2024 on); the combined column applies a cutover so the migration overlap isn't double-counted.

πŸ’΅ Cash Sales by Day

Cash taken in day by day, for reconciling the drawer and the bank deposit. Shows cash sales (net of tip), cash tips, total cash collected, cash refunded back out, the net, and cash as a share of that day's whole tender mix. Leave the dates blank for the full history. Days with no cash are listed as $0 β€” a closed day is an answer too. Use Download CSV for every day; the table below shows the most recent 60.

🧾 Tips by Day

How much was collected in tips each day, split cash tips (already out of the drawer with the staff that shift) from card tips (money we're holding and owe out on payroll) β€” plus the tip rate against that day's Sales In (what was rung in, tip excluded) and which system the tips came through. Square and Roller are combined across the mid-2024 cutover with no double-counting. Leave the dates blank to run from the first tip on record. Use Download CSV for every day; the table below shows the most recent 60.

πŸ“… Day of Week Breakdown

What a typical Monday…Sunday looks like, for staffing. Roller bookings counted on their service/event date (so a future-dated booking counts on the day it's for). Shows average bookings, average & median revenue (median ignores one-off blowout days), and average guests. Defaults to the trailing 12 months.

πŸ—“οΈ Upcoming Bookings by Weekday

What's already on the books for upcoming weekdays (tomorrow through the horizon), for forward staffing. Roller bookings grouped by service-date weekday, with the specific dates under each. Totals β€” not averages. Guests are approximate (Roller headcounts).

🚫 Cancelled Bookings with Balance

Cancelled bookings that still show an outstanding balance β€” not collectible A/R, but a useful outreach list of customers to reach back out to.
